Air Dome Installation Steps

The installation steps are mainly for the cross steel cable net system, following a prefabricated + on-site assembly mode to improve efficiency and safety:

Divide the entire cross steel cable net into several units according to design requirements.

Weave the steel cables within each unit into groups in the factory, with reserved and numbered joints for precise connection.

Transport the prefabricated steel cable units to the construction site and connect them using customized connecting plates.

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the assembled cable net and other components, then start inflating the air dome to complete the installation.
